What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and deliver evidence-based programming related to sex and gender-based violence
- Collaborate with campus departments and local community partners to promote awareness
- Provide guidance and assistance to individuals impacted by sex and gender-based violence
- Lead and coordinate awareness campaigns and initiatives focused on prevention
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of prevention programs and outreach initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- A Bachelor's degree
- Experience with facilitation across in-person and virtual platforms related to sexual misconduct prevention
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to connect with a diverse audience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with best practices in sexual violence prevention and bystander intervention strategies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Public Health, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- Previous experience working in sexual violence prevention or related fields
- Functional knowledge of relevant laws and practices, such as Campus Save, Title IX, and VAWA
