      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop fair market value for investigator and site fees based on clinical trial protocols and industry pricing guidelines
      - Create and maintain a database with pricing information, including Standard of Care and Fair Market Value figures
      - Provide training and guidance to clinical teams on fair market value assessments and pricing scenarios
      - Ensure compliance with corporate processes for patient and site budgets
      - Collaborate with various departments to improve pricing processes and reduce cycle times

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience negotiating and creating site budgets
      - Fluent in English and the host country language
      - Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent
      - At least 1 year of relevant work experience
      - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word with excellent communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a clinical research environment
      - Familiarity with industry benchmarking pricing tools
      - Strong presentation skills
      - Additional language skills beyond English
      - Previous experience with compliance documentation and audit requirements
