What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate patient staffing and maintain scheduling records for Personal Care Attendants (PCA)
- Monitor and maintain the EVV call in/out system for accurate reporting of services performed
- Provide training and orientation for Personal Care Attendants on consumer care plans
- Communicate scheduling changes and conflicts to the PHC Coordinator promptly
- Ensure proper coverage for PCA absences and consumer service interruptions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Spanish bilingual required
- Minimum of 1-2 years of healthcare experience preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive results
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate effectively with staff and patients

- Familiarity with office computer equipment and scheduling software
