      Remote Primary Therapist – Eating Disorder Program (NY License Required)

      $3,000 Sign-On Bonus for Therapists Licensed in 3+ Monte Nido States
      Fully Remote | Full-Time with Benefits
      Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 (DOE)

      About Monte Nido Virtual Day Treatment Program

      Monte Nido’s Virtual Eating Disorder Program provides day treatment (PHP/IOP) for adults and adolescents struggling with Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, and Exercise Addiction. Our multidisciplinary approach integrates clinical, medical, psychiatric, and nutritional expertise, helping clients navigate real-life challenges in a virtual setting.

      About the Role

      We are seeking a Remote Primary Therapist to join our collaborative adult treatment team. In this role, you will:
      ✔️ Provide individual and group therapy in a virtual PHP/IOP setting
      ✔️ Work within a multidisciplinary team dedicated to eating disorder recovery
      ✔️ Utilize evidence-based modalities in a structured telehealth environment

      Requirements:

      ✔️ Fully licensed in New York (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LMSW or equivalent)
      ✔️ Experience in eating disorder treatment, PHP/IOP, or telehealth preferred

      Responsibilities Include:

      • Providing individual, group, and family therapy

      • Serving as liaison with families and outpatient providers

      • Interact with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management

      • Participating in discharge and aftercare planning

      • Therapeutic meal support, while modeling a healthy relationship with food

      • Provides safe, empathetic, and affirming care for each client and their unique circumstance based on the clients' intersecting identities


      Qualifications:

      • Master’s degree in clinical counseling or related discipline, at minimum

      • NY state license in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LICSW, LMHC)

      • Prior experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is helpful

      • Knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion practices
