What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and implement highly complex studies, models, reports, and analyses
- Analyze and manipulate complex data sets using advanced analytical techniques
- Utilize expert knowledge of advanced analytical tools, including SAS, for data analysis
- Manage relationships and communications with internal and external clients and vendors
- Potentially oversee project teams to ensure successful project completion

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in healthcare-related research or analytics, or High School/GED with at least 5 years of experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience manipulating complex data sets
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- At least 1 year of direct or indirect leadership experience
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree or Associate of the Society of Actuaries credential with at least 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of experience in healthcare-related research or analytics
- Experience authoring published manuscripts in peer-reviewed journals
- PhD in public health, statistics, epidemiology, mathematics, or related field
- Experience presenting analytical results to executive-level leadership and external clients
- Advanced skills in SAS programming or comparable analytical tools
