What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and conduct highly complex studies, models, reports, and analyses
- Pull and stage complex data sets for analysis
- Analyze data and develop models using advanced techniques such as neural networks and logistic regressions
- Utilize advanced analytical tools like SAS for complex data analyses
- Manage relationships with clients and vendors while leading communications

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience in healthcare-related research or analytics, or High School/GED with at least 5 years of experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience manipulating complex data sets
- Advanced level skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- At least 1 year of direct or indirect leadership experience
- Willingness to travel up to 10% for business purposes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree or Associate of the Society of Actuaries credential with at least 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of experience
- PhD in relevant fields such as public health or statistics
- Experience authoring published manuscripts in peer-reviewed journals
- Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) credential for those doing actuarial work
- Experience presenting analytical results to executive leadership and external clients
