What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and document strategies to ensure IT practices comply with relevant laws and industry standards
- Conduct assessments and oversee compliance evaluations, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements
- Lead the development and communication of IT policies and procedures to stakeholders
- Manage compliance monitoring activities and prepare reports for management and regulatory agencies
- Provide oversight in vendor and third-party compliance management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Security/Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in a compliance role within a large IT department, including experience with PCI and SOX
- Proven experience in conducting assessments and implementing access controls and IAM principles
- 5+ years of experience managing large projects and participating in cross-functional technology teams
- Expert level knowledge of regulatory and security standards, including PCI, SOX, and GDPR

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in a related field
- 1+ years of experience as an auditor in the cruise and/or travel industry
- Relevant certifications such as CIA, PMP, CISA, or CISM
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven track record of fostering collaboration in cross-functional teams
