What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve sales revenue targets and grow market share for assigned territory by promoting and servicing medical technology products
- Develop and maintain accurate account and territory records, ensuring maximum coverage of all accounts
- Identify and establish productive relationships with key decision-makers and customers
- Plan and implement effective sales presentations while addressing customer needs and objections
- Communicate market intelligence and competitor activity to management to inform sales strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 7 years of B2B and/or healthcare sales experience, including at least 5 years in medical device sales
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive up to 80% of the time within the assigned territory
- Proven territory management and account development skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of AAA and/or Thoracic Procedures
- Demonstrated success in previous sales roles, indicating high performance in a competitive environment
- Experience in sales management or training
- Ability to educate and teach medical personnel and technical support staff
- Skills in managing account, inventory, expense, and budget effectively
