What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain virtual desktop environments on premises and in the cloud
- Perform system maintenance in accordance with company change management policies
- Develop functional requirements through end-user interaction and coordinate with support teams for enhancements or changes
- Troubleshoot complex issues within the VMware environment
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the Horizon virtual desktop environment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or similar area of study, or High School Diploma/GED with four years of relevant work experience
- Ten years of prior work experience, including three years as a Technical Architect, Infrastructure Architect, and/or Systems Architect
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in a Fortune 500 company preferred
- Expertise in technical architecture, systems planning, and integration
