      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the annual renewal process, analyzing plan utilization, claims, and health trends to prepare recommendations for new benefit programs or modifications
      - Provide thought leadership in designing and implementing competitive benefit and wellness programs
      - Develop and present comprehensive executive summaries on benefit program performance to HR and senior leadership
      - Research industry trends and benchmark data to make data-driven insights and recommendations
      - Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to analyze current benefit plans and improve employee experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience; High School Diploma or GED is required
      - Minimum of 7 years of work experience in employee benefits
      - Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
      - Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and consistency
      - Proven ability to manage complex projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) designation
      - Experience in developing and administering executive benefit offerings
      - Extensive experience in employee benefits design and administration
