      Our team reports up through the SVP of Finance and represents clients across Mass Markets, Customer Operations, Transformation, Emerging Business and Supply Chain. This specific role currently supports the Tech Enabler Initiative within the Mass Market Value Stream. Success in this role will be driven in part by the skills listed in the job description coupled with the ability to partner closely across Value Stream Owners, Initiative Owners, Epic Owners, Resource Coordinators, Portfolio Managers, and all Finance teams. The role requires the ability to gather data from systems and people, organize, analyze and provide insight that informs recommendations and decisions. Getting to the point of insight and action requires alignment across teams. Detailed financial analysis along with strong communications skills will benefit this role as a trusted financial advisor.

      As s Principal Business Manager, you’ll be responsible for implementing, improving, supporting, and leading the processes, strategies, and tools for an assigned technical business area. You’ll support areas such as creation of internal policies and standards, process improvement and transformation, tool deployment and Agile methodology. You’ll provide your input and expertise for key technical functions, utilizing your knowledge of the business, industry, and technology to fully support the technical organization.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Define, design, and implement processes into the technical organization and facilitate change through consulting and collaboration
      • Financial Oversight including financial modeling and analysis, business case preparation and review; Compliance/Assurance including audit and compliance review and management, process and quality reviews and audits, vendor management, vendor relations, disaster recovery and business continuity
      • Analysis/Reporting including metrics, scorecards, performance analysis and gap identification
      • Planning including infrastructure program coordination, roadmap management, strategic and tactical planning
      • Resource Management including Front Door, workflow and work entry management, project estimations
      • Communication including creation of leadership presentation material, event planning, and oversight of corporate wide projects and Chief of Staff duties for a technical leader
      • Quality Management including oversight of complete lifecycle of IT troubles and defects, problem resolution activities and all recovery activities
      • May work across multiple internal and/or external organizations

      Required Qualifications:

      • 8 – 10 years of experience related to developing, designing and implementing process, policies and standards, process improvement, and deployment
      • Must have a thorough knowledge of the technical organization (processes, procedures, tools, applications, systems, etc.) coupled with a strong business background

      Desired Qualifications:

      • Experience with Agile Methodology
      • Expert level technical professional
      • Strong written and communication skills
      • Strong analytic and fact-based decision-making skills
      • Problem solving
      • Proficient using Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
      • Project Management Certifications
      • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems Technology, Computer Science or Engineering preferred

      This position is in Dallas, TX, and will be required to come into the office at least 3 days per week.
