What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee, design, plan, and develop clinical evaluation research studies
- Prepare and author protocols, clinical plans, and related documentation
- Conduct registered and non-registered clinical studies of medical products
- Manage operational aspects of clinical trials according to SOPs and GCP
- Build and maintain effective collaborations with internal and external stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Baccalaureate degree required
- Minimum 7 years of clinical research experience, or 5 years with an advanced degree
- Proven experience in managing clinical study budgets
- Ability to oversee and resolve operational aspects of clinical trials
- Strong skills in building relationships and effective collaboration

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience leading investigational device clinical studies
- Familiarity with Pelvic Health or Neuromodulation research
- Experience mentoring team members
- Experience managing direct and indirect costs for clinical studies
