      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical, educational, clinical, and sales support to meet sales and customer service objectives
      - Represent the employer during ablation procedures, providing troubleshooting and technical assistance
      - Educate and train physicians and hospital staff on technical matters related to cardiac products
      - Update sales representatives on procedures and notify Account Managers of any issues
      - Collaborate with Account Managers to achieve sales goals and ensure effective product use

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma with a minimum of 11 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting or sales in the cardiac field; OR
      - Associate degree with a minimum of 9 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting or sales in the cardiac field; OR
      - Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 7 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting or sales in the cardiac field
      - IBHRE or RCIS or RCES Certification
      - Must possess a valid driver's license and have an active vehicle insurance policy

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Local candidates and those with prior experience at the employer are preferred
      - Bachelor's degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with at least four years of experience in the cardiac field
      - Completion of a pacing school or ATI-like training program
      - Proven track record with technical training assignments
      - Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support
