What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and coordinate activities of large-scale, energy efficiency-focused commercial construction projects
- Manage all parties involved, ensuring professional project management from design through construction
- Enforce safety policies to maintain the highest safety standards on all projects
- Develop and review project schedules, cost estimations, budgets, and scope of work
- Oversee project implementation and manage aspects such as shop drawings, change orders, and RFIs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of construction project management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum OSHA 10 certification; OSHA 30 preferred
- Experience preparing construction project estimates and managing subcontractors
- Strong financial management skills related to project management and cost estimating
- Ability to read and understand mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and architectural plans

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification highly preferred
- 10+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management discipline preferred
- Experience managing State or Federal government construction projects preferred
- Previous experience managing projects over $20M with multiple Prime subcontractors preferred
