What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and execute credit risk oversight activities, providing strategic thinking and thought leadership
- Analyze, assess, and monitor the credit quality of various loan portfolios, establishing early warning indicators
- Conduct effective challenges on credit strategies and governance frameworks, continuously validating risk appetite and key risk indicators
- Perform ad hoc credit risk and asset quality analysis, delivering findings and recommendations to leadership
- Create visual displays of quantitative information for effective presentations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or other quantitative disciplines, or equivalent internship/research experience
- 6+ years of relevant modeling/analytical experience in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
- Ability to perform primarily in a stationary position in an office setting
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Ph.D. in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, or Engineering
- 6+ years of experience in relevant quantitative disciplines or equivalent internship/research experience
