      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage contracts and commercial operations for the Neuromodulation business
      - Provide proactive business analytics support and analysis to commercial leadership and the field sales organization
      - Administer, extend, negotiate, and terminate standard and non-standard contracts
      - Conduct proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and contract administration in accordance with company policies
      - Prepare reports and maintain historical information while advising management of process and system issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience in Contracts or Pricing, or equivalent experience (OR Associate's Degree with 6+ years experience OR Baccalaureate Degree with 4+ years experience)
      - Proficiency in analyzing data and preparing sales reports
      - Experience in presenting data and analysis to multiple stakeholders
      - Strong understanding of contract terms and customer specifications
      - Ability to work collaboratively with various internal departments and external partners

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience creating sales reports, including the use of database manipulation
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate business intelligence insights
      - Familiarity with Power BI for tracking business metrics
      - Previous experience in a healthcare-related industry
      - Excellent communication skills for engaging with senior executives and stakeholders
