      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage contracts and commercial operations for the Neuromodulation business
      - Provide proactive business analytics support and analysis to Commercial Leadership and the field sales organization
      - Administer, extend, negotiate, and terminate contracts in accordance with company policies
      - Prepare reports and analyze data to advise management on process and system issues
      - Partner with the Sales team to establish and measure performance metrics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience in Contracts or Pricing, or equivalent experience (OR Associate's Degree with 6+ years experience OR Baccalaureate Degree with 4+ years experience)
      - Proven experience in contract negotiation and administration
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate business intelligence insights
      - Experience in resolving pricing discrepancies and related issues
      - Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in presenting data and analysis to multiple stakeholders
      - Familiarity with creating sales reports and database manipulation
      - Knowledge of healthcare technology and market trends
