What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the technical evolution of the AI Assistant platform to improve intent resolution and support multiple legal products
- Design and implement scalable solutions for product teams to integrate advanced AI capabilities
- Drive innovation using the latest technologies in large language models and generative AI for legal professionals
- Provide technical leadership for key projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into actionable work and mentor other engineers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with a proven track record of developing scalable, web-based solutions
- Strong software development skills in Python, Node.js, or similar modern server-side languages
- Experience with modern UI frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, or similar)
- Familiarity with AI technologies, including GenAI concepts like prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence across organizational boundaries

- Comfort with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment
