What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide expert technical solutions supporting overall goals and strategies
- Develop organizational-wide standards and design guidelines
- Create Operational Factors detailing the functionality of specific end-to-end processes
- Develop Front-End-Loading packages for project success
- Review and provide technical guidance on FEL packages

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Engineering, or Agricultural Engineering
- 12+ years of experience in food, pet food, nutraceutical, and beverage industry
- Plant operations experience is beneficial
- Experience in project engineering and project execution
- Ability to explain technical requirements to technical and non-technical audiences

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in continuous improvement applications in engineering design
- Collaborative work experience within a matrix organization
