What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Interface with key stakeholders to gather requirements and define application architecture
- Lead and mentor a team to deliver high-quality code and perform validation for testing
- Collaborate with architects and agile feature teams to implement innovative solutions
- Provide pointed solutions to clients and coordinate between onshore and offshore teams
- Support practice growth by building industry-specific solutions and handling multiple tracks

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be located within the United States and may require travel
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of education
- Minimum of 11 years of IT experience, with expertise in FlexPLM
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, along with problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational skills and experience in agile development methodology

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- At least 10 years of experience specifically with FlexPLM
- Experience with AWS, ReactJS, and NodeJS
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts
- Proven ability to lead client workshops and understand RFA business processes
- Experience in handling support, upgrade, and implementation tracks
