What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Interface with stakeholders to gather requirements and define application architecture
- Lead a team in delivering high-quality code and validating all types of testing
- Collaborate with architects and distributed agile feature teams for solution implementation
- Provide consultancy services and coordinate between onshore and offshore teams
- Support practice growth and contribute to industry-specific solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be located within the United States and available for travel as needed
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education
- Minimum of 11 years of IT experience required
- Experience with FlexPLM and deep expertise in application development and customizations
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- At least 10 years of experience specifically with FlexPLM
- Experience with AWS, ReactJS, and NodeJS
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts
- Proven ability to lead teams using agile development methodologies
- Experience handling multiple tracks like support, upgrades, and implementations
