      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and execute analytics for large and complex healthcare projects
      - Mentor junior analysts and serve as a subject matter expert in analytics
      - Collaborate with external clients and stakeholders on analytic project planning and implementation
      - Present technical concepts to professionals with varying levels of data literacy
      - Adapt and pivot work scope based on client needs and project requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - MA/MS in epidemiology, social sciences, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field
      - Minimum of 12 years of experience in programming (SAS, SQL, R, Python, or other languages)
      - High level of competence in analytics and independent work
      - Excellent communication skills for presenting technical concepts
      - Experience in data visualization and presentation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in quality improvement and healthcare delivery systems
      - Familiarity with working in a nonprofit organization or healthcare setting
      - Proven ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
