- Provide strategic and tactical human resource support to several of CoreLogic's shared services Executive leaders to drive revenue and foster growth of the organization.
- Plan and direct human resource initiatives to include talent management, employee relations, workforce engagement and workforce development to support the achievement of business outcomes.
- Partner with business leadership to proactively diagnose and identify future people-related business needs and translate into achievable action plans. Advise management on related risk, balancing legal requirements with business requirements.
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to manage core HR processes and programs in support of business goals. Leverage shared service teams to enable execution of day-to-day human resource functions and maximize the effectiveness of HR delivery. Maintain broad influence through ongoing development of internal/ external relationships across the organization
- Engage in key business initiatives involving the design of organizational development strategies to enhance business performance through the facilitation of reorganization efforts, change management strategies and/or cultural alignment activities as needed. Oversee communication and change management efforts, ensuring a culture that enables employee development through effective information sharing at all levels of the organization.
- Educate, coach and guide HR team members and broader HR functional partners on business initiatives and related requirements.
- Develop domain knowledge of CoreLogic businesses to include an understanding of short-term objectives & long-term strategies for the organization.
- Ensure compliance with CoreLogic policies, processes and practices. Maintain current knowledge of federal, state and local employment practices and labor laws. Role model CoreLogic ethical standards, professionalism and code of conduct.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, organizational behavior or related field. MBA or Masters in Human Resources preferred.
- 10+ years’ directly related work experience in Human Resources in a business partner capacity providing direct support to front-line business leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively partner with senior business leaders to drive strategic business decisions while balancing the need for tactical execution of HR processes and workflows.
- Direct experience supporting diverse business operations. Prior experience in financial services or data management operations preferred.
- Strong leadership capabilities with proven ability to foster an environment of positive employee engagement and trust. Demonstrated ability to establish credibility, coupled with the ability to recognize and support the organization’s preferences and priorities
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills; consultative and collaborative leadership style; ability to develop and maintain effective relationships across the enterprise to drive required results.
- Strong written/ verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills and presentation abilities with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills; solid decision-making capabilities coupled with the ability to analyze situations and provide practical recommendations. Sound judgment.
- Effective at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines, ability to prioritize conflicting demands, organize time and resources to deliver consistent results for the business and bring initiatives to successful completion.
- High degree of business acumen; strong fiscal aptitude. Strong technical aptitude; advanced skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office to include: Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Role requires self-sufficiency from an administrative perspective. General understanding of systems and their application to advance efficiency of operation.
