What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the incident response team to ensure timely and effective responses to security incidents
- Coordinate communication and response efforts across various teams during security incidents
- Coach and mentor team members in daily activities and incident response procedures
- Develop tools, systems, and programs to improve the company's security posture
- Conduct post-incident analyses to identify areas for improvement in incident response processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a security incident response role
- Strong understanding of security technologies and systems, including firewalls and intrusion detection systems
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate incident response among multiple teams and departments
- Experience with cloud technologies, including AWS, and strong analytical skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Ability to write basic programs in a scripting or programming language
- Experience building and maintaining tools for incident response and security tasks
- Expertise in creating and maintaining incident response playbooks
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure
