What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide process recommendations and technical governance for the Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- Maintain accurate CMDB model libraries and ensure data integrity within the CMDB
- Perform audits of hardware and configuration items to maintain accuracy
- Manage ServiceNow Discovery processes and assist with integrations
- Establish key risk indicators (KRI) and key performance indicators (KPI) related to the service

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associates Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 6+ years of experience in IT Services or related fields
- In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of experience in IT Services or related fields
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 8+ years of experience in IT Services or related fields
- ITIL Certification
- Experience developing custom scripts for ServiceNow
- Proven track record in managing IT governance processes
