What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop road map, governance criteria, and overall goals for the Configuration Management program
- Maintain accurate CMDB model libraries and ensure data integrity within the CMDB
- Monitor and manage ServiceNow Discovery processes and credentials
- Conduct audits of hardware and configuration items to maintain CMDB accuracy
- Establish KRI/KPI and reporting related to the service and proactively seek service improvements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 6+ years of experience in IT Services or related
- In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of experience in IT Services or related
- Ability to operate office equipment and communicate effectively in verbal and written form
- Ability to remain in a stationary position primarily indoors in an office setting

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 8+ years of experience in IT Services or related
- ITIL Certification
