What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct specialized diligence reviews for customer onboarding and ongoing periodic reviews
- Review complex customer assessments for risks related to money laundering, financial crimes, and terrorist financing
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory expectations
- Provide guidance and act as a point of escalation for complex issues
- Monitor and analyze regulatory developments in the cryptocurrency space

What is Required (Qualifications):
- B.A./B.S. degree; quantitative or technical degree is a plus
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in AML and KYC reviews for crypto or financial institutions
- Strong investigative capabilities and problem-solving skills
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally and driving results with a variety of stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with internal and external teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CAMS, CFCS, or CFE certification
- Familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite
- Proven ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing industry
- Innovative mindset with a track record of suggesting new solutions
- Experience presenting to regulators, examiners, and auditors
