What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the design, analysis, interpretation, and implementation of modeling and simulation within the clinical pharmacology team
- Provide PK consultation and pharmacokinetic analyses
- Assist clients in the design, analysis, and interpretation of PK, PK/PD, and population PK studies
- Interpret complex data and present findings in a format compatible with client and regulatory requirements
- Manage multiple projects and deliver within required timelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ph.D. or PharmD. in a relevant discipline (mathematics, statistics, pharmacokinetics, pharmaceutical sciences, bioengineering, etc), with an emphasis on clinical pharmacokinetics
- 5+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical or CRO Industry
- Experience with pharmacokinetic analysis and modeling, with a strong theoretical background
- Proficiency in pharmacokinetic modeling using R and NONMEM software
- Competence in pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic theory
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with other modeling packages such as Phoenix NLME, Simcyp, Gastroplus, Monolix, etc.
- Knowledge of NONMEM datasets & SDTM and Adam datasets
- Experience in dose-response modeling, QTc analysis, CAR-T analysis, etc.
- Previous experience mentoring and training others within a team
