What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with stakeholders to define the product vision and prioritize tasks to deliver customer value
- Manage product backlog and ensure alignment with compliance and risk management standards
- Develop and maintain key product documentation and performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute go-to-market strategies
- Analyze product performance metrics and make strategic recommendations for improvements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in Product Management or Engineering in Financial Services or Tech Industry
- In lieu of degree, 8+ years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret key performance metrics
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with customer experience mapping and user story creation
- Previous experience in a leadership role within product development
- Knowledge of financial services regulations and compliance standards
- Proven track record of successful product launches
