What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement and oversee the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) program, including annual attestation and reporting
- Develop and maintain operational risk taxonomies, tools, and methodologies for risk assessment
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the 1st Line of Defense in identifying operational risks
- Assist in creating training and communication programs to drive RCSA program adoption
- Actively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues to management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Project Management, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in developing/managing RCSA for financial institutions
- 5+ years of knowledge of banking products, processes, and regulations
- 5+ years of experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience mapping complex processes and identifying control points
- 5+ years of experience with the implementation or improvement of risk assessment processes
- 5+ years of knowledge of Consumer Lending products and processes
- 5+ years of knowledge of Tableau or similar visual analytics tools
