What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Lead technical design sessions and mentor a team of developers and administrators
- Manage Salesforce users across various departments to ensure efficient operations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of work experience in Business Systems or Operations environment
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platform, including LWC and Apex
- Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning components, SOQL, Triggers, and Visualforce
- Experience with structured release management and scrum methodologies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in a SaaS-based company
- Healthcare sector experience
- Experience with Zuora or Boomi Flow
- Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, or AWS Quicksight
