What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement supplier development processes and strategies to meet cost, schedule, quality, and delivery goals
- Supervise and provide guidance to supplier development staff and/or continuous-improvement project staff
- Focus on supply management sub-processes to ensure an uninterrupted supply of material and adherence to quality expectations
- Monitor and execute inventory project plans to achieve inventory/asset management and material flow goals
- Participate or lead larger projects to meet business objectives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 8-plus years of experience in specific areas of Supply Management
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge and application of Supply Management Processes and tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management Professional Certification
- Understanding of operations in the construction industry
- Cross-functional work experience in multiple major areas such as accounting, product engineering, quality, manufacturing operations, etc.
