      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as a technical subject matter expert throughout the sales process, integrating energy efficiency and sustainability solutions
      - Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to assess and qualify technical and financial feasibility of projects
      - Perform initial facility assessments to identify potential Energy Conservation Measures and quantify projected savings
      - Lead cross-functional teams in developing project deliverables from initial qualification through contract award
      - Provide technical support for customer presentations led by the Business Development Manager

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical degree
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience identifying and quantifying energy efficiency project opportunities
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and related computer software
      - Ability to obtain all required security clearances
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience developing energy efficiency projects under Energy Savings Performance Contract or similar programs
      - 3+ years of experience in a Technical Sales and/or Sales Engineer role
      - Familiarity with cost estimating and building modeling software, such as RSMeans and Trane TRACE
      - Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or LEED accredited professional
      - Certified Energy Auditor (CEA)
