      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the technical expert for configuring ITSM Service Delivery using ServiceNow best practices
      - Support process definition, re-engineering, and gap analysis during customer workshops
      - Advise customers on leveraging the ServiceNow ITSM Solution to improve IT processes
      - Lead design workshops and guide customers in documentation and user story development
      - Oversee technical aspects of project and solution delivery while managing multiple complex projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - United States Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) Clearance
      - Minimum of 5 years of configuration/development experience with complex technologies
      - Strong understanding of web technologies and experience with SaaS solutions
      - Proven ability to influence and consult in an IT environment
      - Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with integration components such as SSO and LDAP
      - Familiarity with leading IT systems and tools like Office 365, Teams, and Workday
      - Previous experience in training and mentoring team members
