      Position Summary...

      What you'll do...

      This Principal Technical Program Manager role within in the Enterprise Business Systems- RiskTech area of Global Technology supports our Regulatory and Compliance business partners. You will start out with a focus on our cross-functional portfolio of work. As you come up to speed on this body of work and integrate into our team, you will be assigned one of our programs/portfolios to manage. With strong collaboration skills, a proactive problem-solving approach, and the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders, you'll succeed in this role.

      What you'll do:

      • Provide high-level strategic alignment of OKRs and annual planning across a program

      • Coordinate the identification, assessment and mitigation of risks that may affect the delivery of the program's OKRs and business capabilities

      • Manage stakeholder expectations and communication regarding the planning and execution of program's goals and commitments

      • Ensure organizational OKRs are met within the agreed to budget across program delivery

      • Collaborate with product, engineering, design and business organizations to ensure the right work is delivered at the right time to meet business OKRs.

      What you'll bring:

      • Bachelor's degree and 12+ years' experience managing a portfolio, program or large projects with knowledge and understanding of how to deliver business capabilities through technology organizations

      • Ability to manage and collaborate with cross-functional areas where you have no authority but plenty of space for influence

      • A problem-solving mind-set with a curiosity for learning

      • An understanding of how to communicate to appropriate levels of leadership

      • Discipline to know when to listen and when to lead

      • A preference for making things a to-done instead of a to-do

      The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

      Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
