Job Description

- Lead the development of website copy for certain segments that reflects Blue Cross NC's brand, tone of voice and position in the market while following our web content guidelines
- Collect input from multiple sources and usher content through the review process with business stakeholders to ensure timely web delivery
- Apply design thinking and UX principles to page author and initiate intake discussions for net-new components and component enhancements with the Experience Design team
- Produce and review content that meets ADA compliance guidelines and support efforts to ensure accessibility
- Uphold an enterprise content governance model and editorial publishing process by consistently providing clear and actionable edits to your peers to ensure content is up-to-date, relevant, valuable to our business segments, and produced in a timely manner
- Lead the analysis of content performance for certain segments by continuously monitoring KPIs through Customer Journey Analytics, customizing dashboards, and identifying gaps
- Drive organic traffic and engagement optimization for your segments by implementing SEO best practices into content creation and working with SEO resources to iterate on SEO strategy
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
- 8+ years of experience in related field.
- In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field.

Salary Range
