      The Print Mail Scan Production Associate is responsible for managing the print request life cycle in accordance with customers SLA agreement to manage customer relations and optimize customer satisfaction.

      Primary Responsibilities:

      • Employee will be opening mail with a slicer, removing contents, removing staples, paper clips, post-its etc., scanning in the mail and then emailing the scanned images to Vanguard Crew Members via email.
      • Perform document preparation, scanning and electronically log customer jobs while maintaining Xerox required reporting logs and information for billing.
      • Operate standard printing office and finishing equipment and perform maintenance as required
      • Conduct quality inspection of product through all stages of production to align with Service Level Agreement and optimize customer satisfaction.
      • Problem solve using critical thinking skills to overcome any challenges in the production, delivery, or output requirements.
      • Proactively plan and schedule incoming production jobs, updating records of all materials used, and ensuring minimum stock and supply levels are maintained.

      Skills and Requirements:

      • Provide excellent customer service, anticipating the needs of the customer to align with Xerox’s business mission/objective.
      • Demonstrate business maturity and professionalism while working directly with customers daily.
      • Able to work with minimal oversight, maintaining a high attention to detail and organization.
      • Have basic computer skills for data entry including functional knowledge of Microsoft Office
      • Demonstrate superior time management skills and reliability.
      • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, walk, bend, and reach.
      • Has of had VA Credentials (Highly Preferred)

      Education and Experience:

      • High School Diploma or equivalent.
      • Experience in a customer service environment (minimum 1 year).
      • Training provided on print and device duties (prior experience is beneficial, but not required).
      • Experience with taking ownership of work while ensuring quality standards are met.
