What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the healthcare access representative for patients and providers by scheduling visits and procedures
- Pre-register patients and schedule appointments using the designated software
- Verify medical necessity and ensure accuracy of patient information and test orders

- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of patient data throughout the scheduling process

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum one (1) year of medical front office experience, preferably in an acute healthcare system
- Strong organizational, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in customer relations and analytical skills
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions, and perform data entry tasks

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage stress and make decisions under pressure
- Skills in grammar and spelling to communicate effectively
