What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years previous experience in prior authorizations, medical billing, or a related field
- Proficiency in using healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding of insurance policies and procedures
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical privacy laws

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in prior authorizations or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
