What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide full-service banking to affluent clients, offering advice and education on financial products and services
- Meet contact center targets by identifying customer needs and providing suitable guidance
- Handle inbound calls from the top 10% of the customer base
- Own customer issues and proactively work towards resolutions
- Refer complex financial needs to internal experts as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- One (1) year of experience in customer service or sales
- Registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS)
- Ability to work under supervision or defined procedures
- Technical specifications for remote work, including specific internet speed requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- College Degree
- One (1) year of experience in banking and/or lending
- One (1) year of experience in relationship-based client consultation
- Strong communication skills and customer focus
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
