      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide full-service banking to affluent clients, offering advice and education on financial products and services
      - Meet inbound call targets by addressing customer needs and providing appropriate solutions
      - Educate clients on various loan and deposit types
      - Take ownership of customer issues and ensure proactive resolutions
      - Collaborate with internal experts for complex financial needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - One (1) year of experience in customer service or sales
      - Registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS)
      - Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
      - Strong communication skills and customer focus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - College Degree
      - One (1) year of experience in banking and/or lending
      - One (1) year of experience in relationship-based client consultation
