      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of privacy policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
      - Collaborate with various departments to educate and train staff on matters pertaining to privacy compliance
      - Identify potential privacy risks and recommend actions to mitigate those risks
      - Stay up to date with changes in privacy laws, regulations, and best practices affecting the organization's operations
      - Assist in managing privacy-related inquiries and complaints while ensuring timely responses

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in privacy compliance or data protection supporting a government agency as a federal employee or contractor
      - Experience with privacy policies, laws, and regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, or HIPAA
      - Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Privacy-related certifications (e.g., CIPP, CIPM, CIPT) are a plus
      - Familiarity with incident management and training efforts in a privacy context
