What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist Private Bank customers with loan documentation, servicing, and inquiries
- Support Private Bankers with administrative tasks, including phone coverage and filing
- Input loan applications and order necessary documents such as appraisals and credit reports
- Prepare monthly activity monitoring reports and interact with clients to gather financial information
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned to meet customer needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of three years of loan processing or servicing experience in a financial environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college business coursework preferred
- Bachelor’s degree desired
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficient PC skills and general knowledge of bank processes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Working knowledge of commercial loan documentation
