      Job summary

      Are you great with people, very organised, and passionate about patient care with an interest in Fertility? Our Fertility IVF service is seeking a dynamic, proactive and highly motivated individual to join the administrative team as an IVF Clinic Administrator. You will be an integral member of the team providing effective day-to-day clerical support to facilitate the smooth running of our service, with scope to develop your career.

      Gynaecology provides a wider range of general and specialist care; Fertility is one of them and based at Hammersmith HospitalDuties include but are not limited to admitting patients, meeting and greeting patients and visitors, filing, arranging interpreters and patient transport, and general clerical duties such as booking of appointments and answering telephone calls. The post holder is also expected to work in conjunction with medical records guidelines, Trust policies and HFEA regulatory; with the movement of case-notes around the Trust, the provision of, preparation maintaining up to date electronic records.

      Main duties of the job
