What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree in social work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy
- Full Clinical Licensure in IL
- Minimum two years of experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build strong, meaningful relationships
- Certification in drug and alcohol counseling a plus
- EMDR certification a plus
