What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Privately Held Investment Officers
- Facilitate day-to-day transactional items associated with the portfolio of assets
- Maintain accurate client and asset records, including regulatory requirements and transactions
- Respond to client requests for information and assistance within an appropriate level of authority
- Support the maintenance of assets by coordinating with outside vendors and monitoring progress

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of seven years in a Fiduciary Support Specialist role or equivalent experience in trust, banking, or financial planning
- Strong product knowledge related to deposits, loans, and operating systems unique to the line of business
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to foster a positive team environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Undergraduate degree
- Graduate of Trust School
- Certified Financial Trust Advisor (CFTA)
