      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage directly with customers on job site visits to select products and support the quoting process
      - Act as a key resource in helping customers identify the best products for their projects
      - Serve as a support resource for all Outside Sales teams, offering product knowledge and post-sale support
      - Train and coach Outside Sales Representatives on product categories
      - Streamline communication between Sales and Merchandising to improve product selection and customer satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be eighteen years of age or older
      - Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
      - Minimum of 4 years of work experience in a related field
      - Strong understanding of customer project needs in Flooring, Kitchen/Bath, Millwork, or exterior projects
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 5 years of experience in product selection, project coordination, and quoting processes
      - Prior experience in the construction/home improvement industry
      - Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
      - Comfortable leading training sessions for Outside Sales Representatives
      - Experience managing residential home improvement install projects
