      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and coach a team of Pro Account Representatives to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction
      - Drive compelling Pro performance through effective portfolio execution and best practice implementation
      - Develop strategies to win across all Pro customer segments and achieve sales targets
      - Conduct weekly sales updates and monthly/quarterly business reviews with the sales team
      - Build strong relationships with professional customers to understand and fulfill their needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be eighteen years of age or older
      - Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
      - Minimum of 3 years of previous leadership experience
      - Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a relevant field
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field of study

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 4 years of account management or sales management experience
      - 4+ years of experience in the home improvement or home building industry
      - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
      - Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams
      - Successful professional growth in a high-paced retail environment
