What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive special order sales to increase market share across various business segments
- Travel 50%+ with overnight stays for pro events, customer meetings, and job site visits
- Strategically plan weekly schedules and report sales activities using CRM and call reporting tools
- Engage with customers by creating and maintaining quotes, managing orders, and providing excellent after-sale service
- Stay updated on window products and industry trends, providing training and product demonstrations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of proven direct sales experience, preferably in the retail or building products industry
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping customers
- Basic mathematical skills for processing sales transactions and calculating measurements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

- Familiarity with computer systems and point-of-sale (POS) software
