      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive special order sales by increasing market share and average selling price within various business segments
      - Travel 50% of the time for customer meetings and pro events, including overnight stays
      - Strategically plan weekly schedules and report sales activity using CRM and call reporting tools
      - Engage with customers by reading blueprints, creating quotes, managing orders, and providing exceptional after-sale service
      - Stay updated on industry trends and provide training on products and selling techniques

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
      - Minimum of 3 years of proven direct sales experience, preferably in the retail or building products industry
      - Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping customers
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) software
      - Basic mathematical skills for processing sales transactions and calculations
      - Experience collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals
      - Strong problem-resolution skills and customer engagement experience
      - Ability to create PowerPoint presentations for training and sales purposes
